At Profi Print Production, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it under the conditions below.
👉 How to start a return
Before sending the product back, please email us at sales@profi-print.ro.
Important: packages sent with cash on delivery (COD) or with shipping costs paid at destination cannot be accepted.
👉 Right of withdrawal
According to EU legislation (GEO no. 34/2014), you may withdraw from the purchase without penalties and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Products sent via Romanian Post must arrive directly at our office (we do not collect packages from post offices).
Products sent via courier must be delivered to our warehouse.
👉 Conditions for return
Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with all accessories and documents included.
We cannot accept products that are damaged, excessively used, or tampered with.
If a product shows minor wear but can still be resold, a 15% fee will be deducted for reconditioning.
👉 Return process
Notify us by email or phone within 14 days of receiving the product.
Wait for confirmation and a return number.
Send the product via courier (after our approval).
Once received, you will get a confirmation email.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the product and your bank details (IBAN).
👉 Refunds
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original order.
For orders paid by cash on delivery, we will refund via the IBAN account provided by you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
👉 Special cases
For defective products on arrival (DOA), please notify us in writing at sales@profi-print.ro within 48h, with evidence (photos/videos). The product will be replaced.
Customized products (printed, engraved, inscribed, etc.) cannot be returned unless there is a production error (e.g. wrong Pantone/RAL color).
Special order products cannot be returned.
👉 Important note
If returned products show damaged or missing packaging, missing accessories, or signs of use, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount.
We also reserve the right to refuse abusive returns (e.g. repeated returns).
