Delivery information

For products in stock, orders are shipped within a maximum of 48 hours after telephone confirmation of the order (except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). This timeframe is not guaranteed, and there may be situations in which the order will arrive after 48 hours. We do not guarantee a minimum delivery time, as this depends exclusively on the courier.

For products that are not in stock, or in situations where a product appears as available for order on the website but is not physically available in the store’s stock, delivery may take up to 2–4 weeks. You will receive a notification by email or be contacted by phone in this case.

Orders are delivered by express courier. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you in the order form, and the courier company’s agents will deliver the products to your home.

Shipping cost:

The delivery fee is 150 RON / package + VAT for up to 30 kg. The cost is displayed when the courier is selected during the online ordering process.

The total payable amount (products + shipping) will be automatically displayed before submitting the order.
